Shari has over two decades of experience in the financial industry and has worked with many industries, including property management, engineering and construction, transportation, healthcare, government contracting, and commercial services. She supports a diverse range of members, including small businesses and individual members. Shari has taken courses at the Virginia Bankers Association Executive Leadership Institute and the Center for Financial Training's Small Business Banking.
