Sam is a ODU graduate and worked for a large non-profit overseeing the child care department for nine years before coming to KinderCare. Sam loves seeing music and science in the classrooms. Reading books to children is her favorite activity. Sam's husband is a big supporter of their son's education at KinderCare because they believe in the curriculum and instructors. Sam loves being a leader and seeing her staff team grown and develop. Sam's favorite areas of her position is training staff and communicating with parents. </p>

<p><!--block-->Mrs. Shanita has had the pleasure of serving the most important people in the world for over ten years, the youth. She has worked in the educational system for five years teaching elementary school children. She is also a youth coordinator of a church in Norfolk and volunteers in the community, with the goal of keeping kids off the streets and involved in positive activities. Mrs. Shanita feels that Inspiring young minds and helping them to develop and grow into responsible adults is one of life's greatest pleasures.</p>

Ms Lavonda enjoys the toddler classroom. She loves watching the toddlers learning new things every day and how they experience new things. It brings Ms. Lavonda joy when her toddlers see her and smiles instantly appear. Ms Lavonda believes that circle time and teaching the children colors and letters is the best time of day.
