Ms. Lequille has been a part of the Great Bridge KinderCare family for five years. She has committed her love for children as being a lifelong journey and is very passionate about helping children learn and grow.

Shamika Ellis
Ms. Shamika was born and raised in Portsmouth, VA. She has three beautiful kids ages 15, 12, and 10. During her spare time Shamika loves to shop and spend time with her family. In 2009, she received her Associates in Administrative Support Technology and her Child Development Associates Credential in 2014. During her years at KinderCare and great work Shamika was promoted to Assistant Director in June 2015.

Ms. Jennifer teaching passion began when she was in her teens. As she went through high school and lead her to a degree in Education. She just love knowing that she is part of educating so many young people that will grow to be the leaders of tomorrow. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing a child when they first learn a new concept or idea.

Ms. Diana has been in the childcare field for many years and thought she was ready for semi-retirement, until she came to work with infants at KinderCare. She has enjoyed bonding with the babies and watching their development and growth so much that she is celebrating 20 years with KinderCare this year! Ms. Diana truly can say that she loves coming to work everyday.

Born and raised in Maryland. Ms Debbie has three wonderful children (two girls and one boy) and married twice. She currently resides in Chesapeake, Virginia. I am a Christian who by all means is not perfect, but strives to be good at whatever God - made her to be whether it's a mom, sister, aunt, niece, friend, teacher or daughter.
