PAR EyeCare is your neighborhood eye doctor located at 1412 Greenbrier Parkway. Your Chesapeake eyecare center offers genuine eye care where your eye health and wellness is our primary focus. Annual eye exams are a recommended cornerstone for ensuring the health of your eyes. In addition to checking for changes in your vision and updating your prescription, we will also look at your overall eye health, internally and externally. Prevention and early detection are keys to maintaining healthy eyes, as some eye health issues have no immediate symptoms but can still cause damage if left untreated. Dr. Prajay Patel
Prajay Patel, O.D. provides comprehensive eye care to all ages, with a special interest in ocular diseases (diabetes, glaucoma, cataract, macular degeneration, red eye) and dry eye treatment. He is originally from Hanover, PA and completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at Penn State University. Dr. Patel went on to receive his Doctorate of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, at Salus University, in Philadelphia. He completed his residency in ocular disease at the Wilmington Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Dr. Patel is passionate about providing exceptional, individualized care to each patient, with an emphasis on patient education and compassion. During his free time Dr. Patel enjoys playing tennis and cricket, watching sports, and spending time with his friends and family. Dr. Patel is proficient in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
